Known Issues
Known issues are problems that have been identified by the Support team and escalated to the Development team for fixing. If you are having one of these issues, rest assured that we are trying our best to fix them as soon as possible. When known issues get fixed, they are mentioned in the new release notes.
The currently known issues:
- Definitions with the same name from different organizations from MyKerio are merged after import to AppManager. Do not migrate shared definitions if you are using the same name, or add prefixes in MyKerio before migration.
- When you edit or delete a lease via AppManager for a KerioControl appliance and then apply the changes, they do not take effect (neither in AppManager nor in the Local UI of the product).
- KerioControl PSK for IPSEC VPN | AppManager UI/operation is different from the local WebUI.
- Sorting KerioControl DHCP reservations crashes the AppManager UI.
- If on the IP Address or URL Groups sections the browser is kept open (idle) for 15-20 minutes max, new entries cannot be added there unless the browser is refreshed.
- In AppManager UI -> KerioControl Configuration -> Advanced Options -> Web Interface tab users are unable to edit SSL Certificate as it just shows "loading".
