Overview
Some users or partners are confused about how to access the GFI Accounts Portal (partners may call it the GFI Partner Portal). This article explains the process.
Solution
GFI Accounts Portal is not connected to the GFI AppManager UI account email and password, so to log in there, you have to use the correct username registered on that portal (typically this is an email used during product registration or when registering as a partner).
To access the GFI Accounts Portal, follow these steps:
- In a browser window, navigate to https://accounts.gfi.com. This brings up the login screen.
- Type the credentials and click sign in.
Note: In rare cases, the username listed in the Accounts Portal can be a character string such as A8BF12294A6E8@A8BF839. If this is the case this character string should be used when resetting the password.
- If you don't remember the password, reset it by using the 'Forgot Password' page.
Once you log in you can manage your subscriptions and products.
Summary
To log in to the GFI Accounts Portal, which is separate from the GFI AppManager, users must use the correct username, typically the email used during product registration or partner registration. To access the portal, navigate to https://accounts.gfi.com, enter your credentials (usually email), and click Sign in. If you forget your password, utilize the 'Forgot Password' page to reset it.
