Sometimes, customers have issues resetting their passwords for the GFI AppManager. This article explains the correct way to reset a forgotten password.
Solution
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the login page and enter your email.
- On the Password screen click on Forgot Password? link.
Note: This can also be initiated by another in your account (or your MSP).
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. Do not delay, as the link expires in one day.
- If you don't see the email, check the spam folder and the email address used.
- If still nothing, verify the mail server blacklist and other rules, and check the mail server logs.
Note: We are not able to send the password reset to a different email address than the one registered on AppManager.
