A user may have a single organization account created and need an MSP (Managed Service Provider) account instead and want to change the account type. This article provides a solution for such a request.
Solution
To change a single company account to an MSP account, you need to contact the customer support team with the following details of the account:
- The Organization Name.
- The organization ID: can be found in the link e.g. https://appmanager.gfi.com/organization/[ORGANIZATIONID]/dashboard
The backend team will then update the account to MSP.
Note: If you need to create a new MSP account instead of converting an existing one, please request GFI support to delete the current account with the details above, and then create a new MSP account yourself.
