GFI sales uses a reseller model for distributing software.  Customers will purchase through a reseller to obtain GFI products.  Customers would also use resellers to perform license renewal for their GFI product licenses.  Resellers will purchase through a distributor.  Purchases are not made through GFI Sales or the GFI Accounts Portal.

GFI Software has partners/resellers and distributors around the world. 

• The terms partner and reseller are interchangeable.  GFI refers to them as partners as they are sales partners, while the reseller is a commonly used term in the profession.
