Overview
You already have an account in AppManager with one Organization and are unable to accept the invitation to join another Organization. The issue is due to a limitation within the GFI AppManager that prevents a user from accepting invitations to join multiple organizations.
Solution
Having multiple accounts with the same email in different Organizations is not a scenario that is currently supported. Currently, a user can belong to only one single organization (account), ie:
- Either the user has access to all the accounts within the MSP organization.
- Or the user is a member of only one account.

Summary
Due to the platform's Limitations, a user cannot accept an invitation to join multiple organizations in GFI AppManager. Each user is restricted to belonging to only one organization at a time. MSP users who need access to multiple organizations should contact support with their current and MSP Organization IDs to have their account modified accordingly.
