Overview
If you are facing an issue with GFI AppManager related to KerioConnect or KerioControl integration, e.g. unable to register the appliance, or unable to manage a registered appliance, please provide the below information when creating a support ticket or submitting feedback on the GFI AppManager portal.

Either share the full URL or provide the below values from the URL:
- GFI AppManager Organization ID,
- (For already registered appliances) Appliance ID or name of the appliance that you are facing issues with.
- Please verify that the GFIAgent service is running. For instance, in KerioControl, you can use this command to verify: ps -ef | grep "GFIAgent"
- Screenshot of the GFI AppManager configuration screen (in the Product’s Web UI)
- (KerioControl only) All items in the /var/gfiagent/appliances folder
- (KerioControl only) All items in the /opt/kerio/winroute/logs folder
- GFIAgent logs from the WebUI > Logs section (or from /var/logs/gfiagent if you don't see logs in UI)
- Debug logs with the AppManager debug message option enabled

- KerioConnect: mailserver.cfg file (Location:<installation_dir>/kerio/mailserver)
